Who we are

Calcify.cc is a project created with the idea of providing everyone access to professional calculation tools completely free.

The project is run by a small team of developers. Every calculator is built the same way: we take the formula from a primary source (a law, an official rate table, or an industry standard), implement it in code, and publish the explanation and the source list next to it. The idea is simple: complicated calculations should become simple — but not at the cost of accuracy.

Since launching in 2024, we have created over 200 specialized calculators for finance, construction, medicine, education, business and many other areas of life.

How we prepare and verify data

Calculators that depend on regulations or published rates are tied to specific primary sources: the relevant legislation, official rate tables from government agencies, and carriers' own tariff schedules. Where those numbers matter, the page carries a "Data sources" block with references and the date of the last review.

Figures tied to statutory minimums are re-checked whenever those minimums change. Tools built on stable formulas — maths, physics, unit conversion, construction estimates — need no data updates, only verification of the formula itself.

Any result is an estimate. It does not replace an official calculation by a government body, bank or carrier. If you spot a discrepancy with official figures, let us know and we will check and correct it.

Our mission

Knowledge accessibility

Making professional calculation tools available to everyone, regardless of education level or technical skills.

Data security

Ensuring complete confidentiality - all calculations are performed locally in your browser.

Result accuracy

Guaranteeing mathematical precision and compliance with international standards in all calculators.

Localization

Adapting all tools to local standards, regulations and user needs.

Our principles

1

Simplicity first

Every calculator is designed so that anyone can use it in a few seconds.

2

Scientific precision

All formulas are verified by experts and comply with the latest standards.

3

Continuous development

Every month we add new calculators and improve existing ones based on user feedback.

4

Local standards

We adapt all calculations to local regulations and regional specifics.

Frequently asked questions

Who created Calcify.cc?

Calcify.cc was created by a team of developers with the goal of providing free and accurate calculation tools.

Why are all calculators free?

We believe access to calculation tools should be universal and free for everyone. The project is funded by advertising.

Where does the data behind the calculations come from?

From primary sources: legislation, official rate tables published by government agencies and carriers, and recognised industry standards. On pages where the numbers change over time, a "Data sources" block at the bottom lists the references and the date of the last review.

How often are rates and tariffs updated?

Figures tied to statutory minimums are reviewed whenever those minimums change. Carrier tariffs are updated when the official rate tables are revised. Formula-based tools (maths, physics, unit conversion) do not need data updates.

Is my data stored when using calculators?

No, all calculations are performed locally in your browser. We do not store or pass your data to third parties.

What should I do if I find an error in a calculation?

Write to us through the contacts page and tell us which calculator you used and what values you entered. We check such reports against the primary source and fix the formula or the data if the discrepancy is confirmed.

Can I rely on the result as an official calculation?

No. The result is an estimate and does not replace an official calculation by a government body, bank or carrier. It shows the expected order of magnitude before you approach the institution.
